Phew! That's 2 weeks of mid-term exams over with. Just sat for my art paper today. Had to draw a sea monster attacking a fisherman. Hey, it was that or a flower garden, BO-ring!

And don't ask how it went. It was horrible.
I suck at traditional media. I mean, I'm a digital artist for God's sake! I barely knew which end of the paintbrush to hold...

By the way, since I have now found a new place to rant (a.k.a. a BLOG), I shall reserve my DA journal for all things art-connected. See? Isn't that nice? You no longer have to put up with my idiosyncrasies.

I agree completely with you, on the subject in the journal. My parents encourage me to do art and english. I really wanted to do music but they said it'd be a waste of time eventhough I love the subject...
Worse thing is when my brother chose his options he got supported, and they don't mind if he gets a c. However when it's me, they say if I don't get a A then not only will I have let them down, but I've let myself down.
So trust me I completely know how you feel.

Oh yeah, remember last year you complained to me that when you draw with your tablet the lines look jagged right?

Try using the maximum hardness brush in the basic brush set - then in the options for that brush, go to brush tip shape and change the spacing to 0%. That is, if you haven't already figured it out. xD
